We work directly with business owners, marketing directors, and executive teams to develop measurable growth strategies.
What You'll Do
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
Cold call, email, and connect with decision-makers
Build targeted prospect lists
Prospect using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our CEO
Maintain accurate CRM records
Follow up consistently with prospects
Collaborate on outreach campaigns and messaging
Help build a predictable outbound sales pipeline
What We're Looking For
2+ years of B2B business development or SDR experience
Proven success with outbound prospecting
Comfortable making cold calls every day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Strong follow-up skills
Experience using CRM platforms
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred
Digital marketing or agency sales experience is a strong plus

Compensation
90-Day Trial Period
Base compensation: Up to $2,500/month based on experience in Digital Marketing, plus commission, and monthly bonuses - tied directly to closed business
Opportunity for long-term growth based on performance
Success Metrics
During your first 90 days, you'll be measured on:
Qualified meetings booked
Sales opportunities created
Closed revenue
Cost per acquisition (CPA)
Activity consistency and CRM discipline
At the end of the 90-day trial, we'll review performance together and discuss transitioning into a long-term role.
