Position Summary Model HOA is hiring a capital project manager with a construction background to oversee capital and major maintenance projects across a portfolio of HOA communities. If you’ve managed exterior renovations, building envelope work, or multi-site projects—and want more ownership, variety, and client interaction—this role is a strong fit. You’ll run projects from scoping through closeout, working directly with decision-makers (HOA boards) and managing contractors in the field.
