Tannin Bar is more than a neighborhood wine bar. Opening late Fall in the newly developed Studio Crossing, we are creating a hospitality driven destination where exceptional wine, thoughtful cuisine, and genuine connection come together. Every detail has been intentionally designed to create an experience that feels both elevated and welcoming, from a carefully curated wine program to a chef driven menu and service that makes every guest feel like a regular. We're building a team of passionate professionals who take pride in their craft, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to help shape one of Park City's most exciting new hospitality concepts.

Tannin Bar is co-founded by Chef Aaron Deal, a James Beard Award semifinalist, winner of Guy's Grocery Games, Certified Executive Chef, and founder of Deal & Associates Restaurant Consulting. With more than 20 years of experience leading restaurants, developing hospitality concepts, and consulting for startups and established operators around the U.S., Aaron has built his career on culinary excellence, operational expertise, and developing exceptional teams.
