CONNECT brings together Summit County residents who are concerned about the mental health challenges facing our community.  We are family members, loved ones, and friends of people struggling with mental illness. We are mental health service providers in Summit County. We are people who recognize the serious mental health challenges facing our community. All of us want to see improved mental health services with greater accessibility in Summit County.

To create a well-informed and stigma-free community with access to mental health services for all. We strengthen communities, save families, and change lives. We are proud to be the people’s voice for mental health in Summit County.

Do you know what it’s like to live with - or care for someone - with a mental illness? Are you passionate about supporting the Spanish-speaking community? Throughout Summit County, people are at a loss for where to go to access mental health resources. The mental healthcare system is confusing to navigate, especially if you’re experiencing a mental health challenge. Our Peer Navigators are here to listen, empathize, and direct people to local resources that fit their needs. CONNECT Summit County is accepting applications for a full-time Impact Director to lead our mental health initiatives, support and manage program staff, and engage stakeholders. Stakeholders include mental health providers, nonprofit partners, community leaders, and citizens. The ideal candidate will have experience in community organizing, measurement and evaluation, and proven management and strategy acumen. CONNECT Summit County’s mission is to create a well-informed, stigma-free community with access to mental health resources for all.  Responsibilities  Oversee all impact programs - this includes training and managing a team of up to three part-time program staff.
