JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check owner and guests in and out of The Deer Valley Club
- Answer the phone in a professional manner
- Help guests with directions, information and instructions
- Concierge duties including making reservations for transportation, restaurants and activities
- Assist guests with luggage
- Grocery delivery to rooms
- Settle guest balances upon departure
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
