Shift: Monday–Saturday | Shifts include weekends | Closed Sundays
Job Type: Monday- Saturday | 3/4pm-9/10pm | Full-Time & Part-Time
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong English fluency required for this location; bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
Friendly, guest-focused attitude; strong attention to detail; able to keep pace under pressure.
18+; prior restaurant experience a plus, not required.
Completes Aubergine's onboarding program; Food Handler Certificate within 14 days of hire (company-supported).
Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/push/carry up to 50 lbs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Line & Station
Set up, stock, and rotate the production line (greens, proteins, sauces, toppings) using FIFO; flag low ingredients to prep immediately.
