Victory Ranch located in Kamas UT is looking for an amazing lead bartender for one of our property restaurants.  This is a year round, benefits eligible role. Bartending & Lead Duties Lead and support bartenders during assigned shifts. Assist management in maintaining smooth bar operations and high service standards. Train new bartenders and servers on recipes. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, management, and support teams. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards. Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for members.
