Position Summary
Model HOA is hiring a capital project manager with a construction background to oversee capital and major maintenance projects across a portfolio of HOA communities.
If you’ve managed exterior renovations, building envelope work, or multi-site projects—and want more ownership, variety, and client interaction—this role is a strong fit.
You’ll run projects from scoping through closeout, working directly with decision-makers (HOA boards) and managing contractors in the field.
Project Types
You’ll oversee a diverse mix of projects, including:
Roof replacements (shingle, membrane, etc.)
Building envelope work (siding, trim, stucco, waterproofing)
Exterior repainting programs
Structural repairs (decks, balconies, railings)
Asphalt and concrete replacement
Amenity renovations (pools, hot tubs, sports courts)
Systems projects (heated driveways, fire suppression)
