We are seeking a hard-working and experienced banquet servers. The ideal candidate is courteous, professional, and works well with a team. They are responsible for event setup, greeting guests, serving food throughout the event, and event breakdown and clean up.   Pay is hourly plus pooled tips at the end of events. Candidates must have excellent customer service and communication skills. They must also display professionalism, politeness, and efficiency as a server. Responsibilities also include: Greeting guests as they arrive at the event and directing them to the right table or seat Making sure guests are comfortable by answering questions, taking their orders, ensuring special requests and instructions are relayed to the kitchen and bar, and serving the food and beverages Circle around the event with trays of appetizers and large trays easily accessible to the guests Pointing guests in the right direction for necessary services and features of the event...

Event Chef to work with our culinary team to produce and execute event menus ensuring food safety and quality. We look for team members who exhibit attention to detail, and a drive for excellence. Event Chefs report directly to the Lead Chef at the event or the Sous Chef/ Prep Supervisor at the commissary. Work with a team of chefs to execute small and large events, primarily during the weekend, at locations in Park City & surrounding areas. Assist in food preparation at our commissary when needed. Hourly pay is based on experience and responsibilities, with growth potential.
