We are seeking an experienced and motivated Farm Manager to oversee all aspects of farm operations. The Farm Manager will be responsible for production planning, daily operations, CSA and flower share management, marketing, financial oversight, and customer relations. The Farm Manager will assist in overseeing all farming activities, coordinating volunteers, farm stand, and contributing to the farm's overall success. We are a tight-knit community, and fostering community engagement with our customers and CSA members is a necessity. Most importantly, the Farm Manager will promote sustainable agricultural practices in a variable climate to ensure high yields and successful vegetable sales.
