Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operational requirements of Hill's Kitchen Catering
Ensure all equipment, materials, and supplies are properly maintained for an organized operation of all events
Assist with creating and implementing SOP's, packing guides, and other collateral materials
Responsible for overseeing a memorable service to our guests in an efficient, professional, friendly and courteous manner
Responsible for ensuring that all set-up, breakdown and side-work items are complete
Responsible for clearing and resetting banquet function tables, while maintaining clean and organized workstations
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and co-workers
Assist with hiring and leading our on-call catering service team
