Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this role is to provide supervision for our clients and to ensure their safety while building a rapport with them. This includes providing assistance to each client during school and in handling individual problems; responsibility for setting of limits for behavior; creating documentation of the clients’ progress; identifying the possible need for professional services and communications of such findings to professional staff.
Essential Duties:
Actively work alongside teacher pair to grade written assignments or teacher scored assessments.
Consistently monitor and collect data for each client. This includes: maintaining the Excel spreadsheet for academic progress, taking attendance, and assisting with daily check-ins and goal setting forms.
Draft weekly progress reports, which will be sent out by the classroom teacher.
Input case notes into EMR prior to treatment team meetings.
