Even though this is an office position, knowledge of food service/event banquet/catering industry is helpful… Ideal applicants will have some prior experience.
We want someone organized and efficient, who’s able to work in fast-paced environment without getting rattled. Emails, phone calls, cost estimates, menu formatting, proposal building, customer service, schedule management, typing stuff, writing stuff, staying organized, keeping a clean desk. All good things.
