Conservation Team –Legal Specialist Position Summary The Summit Land Conservancy, located in Park City, Utah, is hiring a full-time (36 hours/week) position to serve as the Conservancy’s Legal Specialist. Summit Land Conservancy is a non-profit organization dedicated to working with our communities to protect and preserve land and water on the Wasatch Back for the benefit of people and nature. The Legal Specialist supports the organization with tasks related to new transactions to save land across the Wasatch Back.  The ability to accurately review and draft legal documents for real property transactions is essential.  A law school graduate or person with paralegal or title company experience is preferred. The Legal Specialist will report to the Vice President of Conservation and Counsel and work closely with other members of the Conservation Team.
