The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting with overseeing the Food and Beverage Outlets within the hotel. Responsibilities may include serving, bussing tables, seating guests, as well as assisting Managers with scheduling, training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures.
Qualifications
2+ years of Restaurant experience (serving or bartending)
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Refined written and verbal communication skills
Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, administrative skills
This position requires flexibility. Must be available to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
