The Sales Coordinator – For Hyatt Centric Park City will assist the Director of Sales and/or Sales Manager(s) with administrative duties including but not limited to Word processing, account management, presentation preparation and customer follow up.  This position will coordinate account client needs and client events.   The Sales Coordinator will maintain files, systems and communication to other departments as directed by sales managers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills on assignments.  Starting rate $18 per hour with $600 signing bonus.

This person has an assigned quota and is also responsible for handling Sales groups. This position is responsible for solicitation of new business, handling inquiries, detailing Sales groups. Some knowledge and experience in construction a plus.  Must have own transportation to and from jobsite.  Will assist General Contractor with all sorts of tasks, including jobsite clean up, unloading materials, painting/staining, etc.  Main qualification is you are willing to learn. Pay commensurate with experience.
