This role is focused on providing direct, on-the-ground support to artists, touring teams, and production staff to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. As an Artist Care Assistant, you will assist with transportation, hospitality, and real-time requests, acting as a key support person throughout the event day. This role is fast-paced and requires flexibility, strong communication, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
