PURPOSE OF POSITION:   Plans, coordinates, and implements all recruiting efforts with main focus on the United States (including local, destination travel coordination and assisting with International Recruiting) as a part of the Recruit Team. Assists with Academic Internship and Culinary Extern recruiting efforts.  Maintains all databases and systems relating to hiring and applicant tracking (including database management in Kronos and Workday as well as any other systems connected to hiring.) Be instrumental in the continuing training and follow up with managers regarding manipulation of all recruiting systems. Takes the lead on all new creation of requisitions and rehires.
