PURPOSE OF POSITION: Effectively perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of resort facilities and furnishing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment, boilers, and control systems
Troubleshoot, service, and repair pumps, condensers, motors, lighting, and electrical circuits
Install and remove faucets, seats, drain seals, toilets, and auto flushers
Troubleshoot drainage problems, water leaks, and lack of water and perform appropriate repairs
Perform carpentry work on cabinetry, counters, walls, stairs, and doors
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least mid-level maintenance skills
Understanding of basic design of gas-fired burners, boilers, and kitchen equipment
Understanding of HVAC and electrical systems
Experience in refrigeration and understanding of Hussmann rack systems and conventional pump down systems
Must have valid driver’s license
