Chomp Donuts is a high-quality, craft-focused donut and coffee shop opening in Park City, Utah. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef / Donut Chef to lead our back-of-house kitchen team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily production, maintaining product quality, managing a small team, and helping shape the culinary direction of our brand.
You’ll be working directly with award-winning chef Jeff Mahin , collaborating on new ideas, refining systems, and executing at a high level. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in early mornings, has experience with yeasted and cake donuts, and knows how to lead a production team while maintaining consistency, creativity, and efficiency.
