Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to assist with general maintenance for our high-end condominium and commercial properties, ensuring that the property is always presentable and common areas well maintained. The Maintenance Tech will be required to perform general maintenance duties including, but not limited to snow removal, landscaping, painting, basic plumbing, meeting with sub-contractors and vendors and respond to emergencies etc.
