Medication administration. Obtain and document vital signs in the medical record. Evaluate medical complaints/concerns from residents during on-site hours and relay information to appropriate NP/MD. Complete treatment plans when indicated, provide direct care and nursing services to clients as prescribed by program regulations, and client health screening.
