Conservation Team –Legal Specialist Position Summary The Summit Land Conservancy, located in Park City, Utah, is hiring a full-time (36 hours/week) position to serve as the Conservancy’s Legal Specialist. Summit Land Conservancy is a non-profit organization dedicated to working with our communities to protect and preserve land and water on the Wasatch Back for the benefit of people and nature. The Legal Specialist supports the organization with tasks related to new transactions to save land across the Wasatch Back.  The ability to accurately review and draft legal documents for real property transactions is essential.  A law school graduate or person with paralegal or title company experience is preferred. The Legal Specialist will report to the Vice President of Conservation and Counsel and work closely with other members of the Conservation Team. Summit County Clubhouse is seeking a part-time staff Social Practitioner to provide psychosocial rehabilitation services to adults living with mental illness in accordance with the standards of Clubhouse International ( clubhouse-intl.org ). The Social Practitioner helps members meet their needs for employment, housing, education, friendship, structure, and stability. This is NOT a desk job or a case management position. Clubhouse members are involved in doing everything necessary to run their own program (admin., cooking, cleaning, events, mental health advocacy, etc.) and staff works hands-on alongside the members.
