Model HOA is seeking a highly skilled HOA (Homeowners Association) Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of common areas, buildings, and amenities for our communities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property maintenance, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and superb record keeping and organizational skills. This team member will work closely with our Capital Projects Manager and Maintenance Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement maintenance schedules for the 17 HOAs we manage, including executing tasks on maintenance plan (e.g., activate heat cable, activate boilers, small repairs, oversee fire system inspections, other maintenance tasks) and addressing owner-submitted issues by troubleshooting and then arranging for proper repair.
Conduct regular inspections of common areas, buildings, and amenities to ensure they are properly maintained and identify areas that require attention or repair....
