ROOTs Transition, located in Park City, Utah, serves females 15-18 years old who have attachment, relational and/or developmental trauma utilizing a hybrid model of outdoor reflection and residential integration. We are a small community of individuals dedicated to providing intentional programming with a trauma informed approach. Reclaiming Our Original Truths (ROOTs) serves as a guiding principle for our clients in their healing process.
As a guide at ROOTs, you will impact the lives of our clients by building relationships through meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and acting as a role model. Guides work closely with licensed clinical therapists to facilitate therapeutic treatment plans. This is a great opportunity to make an impact while acquiring practical experience in the field of social work and psychology.
