Job Description

Event Chef to work with our culinary team to produce and execute event menus ensuring food safety and quality. We look for team members who exhibit attention to detail, and a drive for excellence. Event Chefs report directly to the Lead Chef at the event or the Sous Chef/ Prep Supervisor at the commissary.

  • Work with a team of chefs to execute small and large events, primarily during the weekend, at locations in Park City & surrounding areas.

  • Assist in food preparation at our commissary when needed.
  • Hourly pay is based on experience and responsibilities, with growth potential.

  • Times and Hours vary according to the event schedule; our highest volume period is typically July through September and December through March

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety, minimum 2 years experience working in a from-scratch kitchen environment
  • Energetic self-starter with attention to detail and accuracy, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Creative insight and the ability to exercise autonomy to fulfill complicated tasks

  • Team-player with a positive attitude towards change

  • Ability to lift and move an average of 50 pounds

  • Reliable Transportation to and from Events

  • ServSafe Certification a plus
