We seek an individual to grow from a part-time non-profit Coordinator and blossom into a dynamic full-time Executive Director, expanding our reach and deepening our impact with each passing year.

Our mission is to support musicians and music enthusiasts of all ages and backgrounds by providing access to educational opportunities, wellness programs, and outlets for creative expression. The Foundation’s objective is to ensure our non-profit supports its mission appropriately and communicates effectively with a growing donor base and outside partners including Park City Song Summit.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will support the organization’s mission by advancing programs and campaigns. Your job will coordinate in-person events (including, but not limited to the Foundation’s presence at the annual Park City Song Summit) and online campaigns that generate income and donations. Your ability to focus and respond thoughtfully is a valuable asset. Your communication skills contribute to meeting our fiscal and programming goals. You need to be equipped with knowledge of non-profit board structure and meeting goals. If a good fit for the position and organization, the Foundation has the goal that this position would develop into a full-time, Executive Director role.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITES

●  Collaborating with board members and committees, leads programs and campaigns to grow our mission.

●  Supervises the organization’s financial well-being, partnering with third-party bookkeeper; provides monthly updates to the board.

●  Cultivates personalized donor relationships including outreach and gratitude.

●  Coordinates and collaborates with Park City Song Summit representatives, maintaining strong, clear communication between both parties.

●  Maintains social media outreach and accounts. Develops and curates content to post appropriately.

●  Runs administrative functions of the non-profit including data entry, ticketing and financial proceeds.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

●  Proven effective written and verbal interpersonal skills when working with a board and donors.

●  Established understanding of relevant non-profit guidelines and best practices.

●  Excellent attention to detail.

●  Accountability, respect, and appreciation for confidential information.

●  Ability to work closely with resident, professional, business, and other community organizations and develop trusting relationships.

●  Proficiency in MS Office suite.

●  Prior experience in donor management software (bonus if Little Green Light)

Requirements

●  Prior non-profit experience that includes donor management, programming, and non-profit financials.

●  Proven connection to the MTMF mission.

●  Desire to support the organization through growth.
