Full-service property management company with a strong reputation for excellence and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. We specialize in managing residential, second-home ski-in / ski-out properties in Park City.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards as well as cleanliness for each owner.
- Handle owner inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Airport pickups / Drop-offs, grocery shopping, and AV / Tech support.
- Minor landscaping / irrigation, watering flowers, snow shoveling / snow blower work, small home repairs such as light bulbs and HVAC filter changes.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance work.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Property Manager is a plus, but we can train the right individual.
- A detailed and observant individual with a basic understanding of home construction, home systems, and basic technology.
- Clean driving record and a reliable vehicle to get to and from Park City.
- Ability to lift occasional heavy objects and shovel snow from patios, decks, and sidewalks.
- Knowledge of hot tubs and the chemical requirements for treatment a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with owners and guests.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and highly organized.
- Located close to Park City
