YOUR ROLE

Northland Retail Sales Associate - a joint role in our Park City retail location as an Assistant- Manager Associate for 40 hours per week

* Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task

* Have an understanding of current market trends

* Previous retail experience (preferred)

* Basic computer skills

* Flexible with schedules, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

* Excellent communication skills – able to interact with management as well as customers

* Resourceful and creative thinker

Job Description:

* Kindly greet all customers

* Provide honest and accurate information on products offered in store

* Operate register and complete transactions

* Maintain cleanliness of fixtures, displays, and store

* Replenish stock and keep the stock room organized

* Work with management to build displays and merchandise store

* Occasionally set up/break down for offsite events

* Maintain visual store aesthetic through routine cleaning, mannequin changes, organizing displays, and general tidying of the floor

·         Receive inventory shipments, restock inventory on the sales floor, and maintain an organized back-stock

·         Other operational duties including answering phones and fulfilling customer service shipments

·         Provide knowledgeable and up-to-date details of Northland products, sales, and pricing

·         Utilize the Point-of-Sale system (Lightspeed) to accurately and efficiently process customer transactions; payments, refunds/exchanges, and gift cards.

THE FINE PRINT

·         Hourly Rate: from-$24 per hour based on experience

·         Experience in retail required

·         All Saturdays and every other Sunday will be on schedule

·         Roles are full-time, hourly, non-exempt
