We are seeking a full-time manager for a 56-room hotel in Morgan, UT.
To supervise the operation of the hotel as efficiently as possible. To hire and or train a qualified staff to produce the highest volume of sales and affect the greatest profit while maintaining a high degree of public satisfaction, confidence and prestige in the service and quality of the hotel. To follow Operating Policies and Procedures. To remain competitive in every area and to produce and achieve budgetary goals to maintain a high employee morale. To deal with guests, potential guests, and community leaders. To maintain the highest ethical standards of operation and quality service and facilities for the hotel. To ensure good working relations throughout all departments.
. Responsible for all aspects of hotel operations-including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment.
. Build relationships with key customers and is involved in the sales process.
. Be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
. Demonstrates hotel culture by creating a fun, happy, and safe work environment.
. Schedules staff-responsible for labor reports and payroll.
. Interviews and hires staff.
. Resolves staff and guest problems.
. Analyzes P&L statements
. Any other tasks as assigned
