Job Description

Twisted Fern, a small independent and top-rated restaurant located in Park City, Utah, is looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team. We are seeking a team member with superb communication and guest service skills with the drive and the passion to continually push and improve themselves and the team around them. 

The Front of House Manager is responsible for the daily service operations at the restaurant to include: serve as primary management contact for all guest interactions, hiring, training and management of all guest-facing team members, cleanliness and upkeep of the dining room and guest contact areas. 

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee reservations and group bookings

Provide a professional relationship with all guests, potential guests and Twisted Fern team members.

Ensure the team can perform exceptional front of house services.

Daily alcohol record keeping that fulfills DABC guidelines

Monthly inventories of Front of house materials 

Implement safe working practices to ensure safety of restaurant guests and team members

Requirements

Ability to stand on your feet for several hours

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Experience working as a restaurant manager

Intermediate to advance knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
