Job Description

CLOSING DATE:  Open Until Filled

ANNUAL SALARY: $50,993.31 To $63,741.64 (Depending on Experience + Benefits) 

DESCRIPTION:

Under the general supervision and direction of the City Engineer and with office support from the engineering department, performs general civil engineering functions regarding project development review process, Capital Improvement Program (CIP), data collection, data analysis, transportation design, general project management, and civil engineering functions.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, Planning, or related field 
  • One year of experience with minimal supervision providing para-professional data analysis, recommendations, project administration, staff, public & Council presentations, and/or budget monitoring
  • Valid State Driver’s License 

Preferred: 

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
  • Familiarity with project management processes and procedures
