Treads is a venture backed mobile first, technology-driven, smart car management app that simplifies car ownership from Tires as a Subscription, Mobile Car Maintenance and Auto Insurance.

About the Opportunity


Treads is looking for a motivated and organized Market Operations Associate to join our remote team, full-time. In this role, you will provide hands-on support working on high-impact, cross-functional solutions to create the best experience possible for our customers and tire installation professionals in multiple major cities. If you are passionate about problem solving and project coordination, and are a natural self-starter, this is an exciting role for you.
This is a fast paced role that needs a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and willingness to jump in and support whoever, wherever needed. One moment you may be helping potential customers subscribe to Treads, next you’ll be helping current customers improve their overall experience, and then you'll be coordinating with our network of tire installation professionals.


About the Role


As a Market Operations Associate you will:
Manage incoming website and in app chats
Manage incoming phone calls
Assist with NPS and Review requests
Guide customers through the sign up and onboarding process
Manage delinquent billings and collections
Support customers and installers with your knowledge of the Treads platform
Perform appointment dispatch and ensure customer appointments are fulfilled through our installer network
Work with current customers and or installers to solve any issues that they may have

Requirements


Inquisitive problem solver who enjoys digging in and recommending solutions based on common sense
Ability to take direction and feedback, as well as ask for support in order to successfully carry out tasks and see projects to completion
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
Strong oral and written communication skills, and extreme attention to detail
Proficient with tools such as SMS, Slack, G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
Being obsessed with delivering a consistent outstanding customer experience
