Plenty is looking for a part-time Content Marketer to help us package, edit, design, and promote our library of content and services. 

Your Role
 
The primary objective of the content marketer is to package, design, and re-purpose our existing content for different channels of outreach including our blog, eNewsletters, podcast, social posts, and creative campaigns.  Our aim is to inspire and engage conscious leaders and executives around the world who are seeking to add purpose to their life and work in a way that generates awareness and leads for our coaching, consulting, and retreats. Our clients span the for-profit, B-Corp, and non-profit sectors so it’s important our voice and offerings reach and engage these audiences.
 
The great news is that we have a large and growing library of content. We need your help in getting it out to the world creatively. Your role would specifically focus on packaging it, editing our words, beautifying the message in both image and word, and distributing it on the right channels. 
 
A successful candidate will be conscious, self-aware, positive, and intrinsically motivated. You’ll have exceptional editing and writing skills coupled with a creative appetite for design. You’ll have a desire for data (interested in the reach and engagement that your work provides). You’re agile yet present and have a proven track record for exceptional communication. While we work as a supportive team, this role will require some independence and the confidence to be creative and experimental with your ideas. Success will be measured by the ability to grow an engaged community, generate leads, and grow awareness of Plenty – our coaching, consulting, and retreats. Experience with social networks and Hubspot a plus. 
 
This position will start out part-time and with the right fit, has the potential grow into a full-time role. You will report directly to the two principals of Plenty, working closely with the Manager of Experience. Freelancers are welcomed and encouraged. We’d like to start at 10-20 hours per week. Location is flexible, but a U.S. time-zone is preferred. Compensation will adjust based on experience. We're eager to hear what you need.
 
Your Responsibilities
 
  • Overall, help drive consistent leads for our services. 
  • Create and manage our content calendar, working ahead by several weeks or months.
  • Package and repurpose existing content from Plenty’s podcast, engagements, videos, interviews, speeches, transcripts, webinars, etc. for our blog, social, ads, campaigns, website, and outreach.
  • Create campaign strategies for our conscious leadership and purpose-driven strategy services.
  • Promote our podcast, Plenty For Everyone.
  • Help develop our online courses.
  • Create content that is consistent with the presence, voice, and brand of Plenty.
  • Report on key metrics with actionable insights and takeaways.
  • Help manage Plenty’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook - using creative strategies for engaging our audience through those networks. 
  • Advise on our current Google and Facebook Ad campaigns, if experience supports this.
  • Stay up to date on relevant industry trends and best practices.
  • Support Plenty in fostering our community of clients and past graduates through creative content distribution.
