Park CIty Brewing is looking for Kitchen Staffing for their soon to open Brewpub!

We have Immediate Needs for the following:

Sous Chef - $18/HR+ DOE

Line Cook -  $16/HR+ DOE

Dishwasher - $15/HR+ DOE

The SOUS CHEF is in charge of all day to day Back of House operations. They are responsible for ordering, inventory management, prep list execution, food safety standards, leading the shift, working the expeditor position and wheel position, prepping food items and cooking as needed. Responsible for maintaining all kitchen equipment and appliances, and ensuring all equipment is maintained and operational at all times.  Communication with management coordinating activities of cooks to ensure that all given tasks are completed in a timely manner. Able to complete a prep list and give direction to the team on its completion.  Responsible for enforcing food health and safety standards. Responsible for upholding and executing company recipes consistently.

●   Preparing and cooking ingredients according to food health and safety standards 

●   Appropriately seasoning items 

●   Adhering to company recipes and procedures 

●   Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen 

●   Check quality of ingredients 

●   Actively communicating for safety and for kitchen needs 

LINE COOK is responsible for safely and accurately preparing menu food items in a timely manner. Responsible for following brewpub recipes and presentation consistently. Willing and able to receive direction from Back of House leadership. Able to maintain a clean workspace throughout their shift and strictly adhering to food safety protocols.

  • Proper preparation of food ingredients (cutting, chopping, slicing, dicing, etc.) 

  • Safe and proper usage of cooking equipment and appliances 

  • Checking quality of ingredients and prepared items before serving 

  • Tasting prepared items and adjusting to standard if needed 

  • Restocking reach in coolers for service 

  • Cleanliness and organization of walk in cooler 

  • Adhering to all food safety and health code standards 

  • Cleaning and sanitizing work areas 

    • Properly dating and labelling items using FIFO 

  • Following direction of BOH leadership 

  • Wiping, sweeping, mopping 

  • Dishwashing when needed 

DISHWASHERS are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe. They are also responsible for assisting with food preparation as needed and instructed. 


   $15/hr+DOE minimum (Non-exempt)

   Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine 

   Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes 

   Clean, sanitize and maintain dish machine 

   Empty trash containers regularly 

   Scrub out trash containers regularly 

   Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize and replenish them properly 

   Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed 

   Proper refilling of the machine when clean solution is soiled 

   Proper shutdown procedure of the dish machine and dish pit arena 

   Bussing duties when needed 

   Communicating to leaders of any dish products and/or chemicals needed 

   Perform additional cleaning duties as requested 

Qualifications/Skills: For All Kitchen Jobs

●   Able to work in a fast-paced environment 

●   Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently 

●   Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks 

●   Able to bend, move, and lift up to 50 lbs or more 

●   Physical endurance to stand for an extended period of time
