Job Description

Moose Management Vacation Rentals is looking for permanent full-time customer service team member. Desired schedule would be Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm and Monday 9am-5pm.

**NOTE: The remaining 8 hours are flexible and can be added to Sat/Sun or Tues/Wed/Thurs.


Primary duties would be providing general assistance with rental bookings, phone support, clerical duties, and all other aspects of property and rental management. 


Those considered should have a good understanding of computers, typing ability, be detail oriented, organized, well-spoken, quick to learn and a team player. General knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel is required. Applicants should have good phone manners, good in person customer service skills and confidence in dealing with conflicts. 

Additional Information
