Experienced and passionate Front-of-House Team Member & Barista to be the welcoming face of the cafe. More than just serving coffee, you will be the key to building genuine connections and making every customer feel like part of the family.

• Exceptional Hospitality & First Impressions: Be the face of our cafe. Greet customers warmly, maintain an outgoing attitude, remember regulars, and consistently deliver a welcoming, positive experience from the moment they walk in.
• Barista Expertise: Expertly prepare all espresso drinks and specialty beverages to the highest quality and consistency standards. Proficiency in calibration and latte art is a strong plus.
• Service Efficiency: Take orders accurately, process transactions efficiently, serve food promptly, and assist with general cafe opening/closing duties (cleaning, stocking).
• Cafe Maintenance: Ensure the front-of-house area is always clean, organized, and inviting.
• Ability to work early mornings and/or evenings.
