APRÈS Vacation Homes is a locally owned and operated luxury vacation rental company in Park City, Utah. We specialize in high-end property care, seamless guest experiences, and technology-driven operations. Our mission is to raise the standard of vacation rental management through hospitality, accountability, and local expertise.

The Property Operations Coordinator plays a vital role as the central hub for communication, systems, and vendor coordination. Working closely with leadership, this role ensures that all property operations run smoothly—from digital workflows to field execution.

This is a hands-on, systems-driven position for a professional who thrives in both office and field environments, takes ownership of outcomes, and keeps projects organized and on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain full oversight of property operational systems using Breezeway, Streamline PMS, Google Suite, and RingCentral.
  • Create, assign, and update work orders daily with detailed notes and photo documentation.
  • Coordinate vendor schedules, confirm appointments, and follow up until completion is verified.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners for task approvals and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Visit properties regularly for inspections, vendor meetings, and light troubleshooting.
  • Support inventory, deliveries, and vendor logistics from the APRÈS office.
  • Keep all digital records current—no open loops, missing photos, or incomplete notes.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring accurate, timely, and professional execution.

Qualifications

  • Must live in or near Park City, Utah (within a 15 minute drive).
  • Strong computer proficiency (MacOS) and a typing speed of 60+ WPM.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and follow through skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly dependable, and able to think proactively.
  • Clear and confident communicator with owners, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or operations preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for field use.
