Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:  To ensure Deer Valley Club owner, guests and employee satisfaction in the Owner Services and Bell Department.  To safely provide transportation services to club owners and guests. To achieve the guest service goals by adhering to Service and Safety Standards



  • Must have excellent communication and social skills
  • Must be of 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Must be able to drive large company vehicles in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted and 75lbs assisted.   
  • Must be able to consistently lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move luggage, bell carts and large storage bags.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must be willing and able to answer phones and operate two-way radios in a professional manner. 



  • Communicate with owners and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Keep company vehicle in pristine condition by washing, vacuuming and removing trash on a daily basis.  
  • Be visible to owners, guests and employees to assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
  • Be ready to assist owners and guest with moving luggage and storage bags to and from their residences and lobby.
  • Be aware of and apply the main points of Customer Service training as well as Safety and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
  • Adhere to company dress codes, maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance and be on time for scheduled shift.  
  • Demonstrate proactive owner, guest and employee problem resolution with urgency, respect and empathy.  Document problems and supply feedback to managers and supervisors
  • Stay informed about current events, recreational activities and new restaurants in order to provide professional and accurate information to owners and guest.
  • Be willing to work with other departments to foster a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
  • Have a working knowledge of other departments and operations to understand the interaction and effects
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
