Job Description

Summit Sotheby's International Realty Property Management is a fast paced, innovative property management company specializing in residential property management in Summit, Wasatch and Salt Lake Counties.  We are currently seeking a full time Property Manager to support our growing Property Management Team at our Park City location.

About the Job:

You will work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service to our Property Owners, Tenants and Agents. Property Manager is responsible for the management of properties in an assigned portfolio.  You will build and maintain superior relationships with our service vendors.  You will manage all aspects of property management for your portfolio including: onboarding, marketing, inspections, managing vacancies and renewals, coordinating and overseeing maintenance, conducting property tours, application screening, document collection and preparation, rent collection, enforcement of rental agreement provisions/community bylaws, and security deposit disposition preparation.

 

Qualifications:

Utah Real Estate License preferred, or ability to obtain license within 6 months of employment

Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws preferred

Strong attention to detail with great follow up skills

Technologically savvy, IOS Proficient, Google product knowledge, Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred

Reliable, punctual & professional

Able to juggle many projects at once

Master problem solver

Reliable transportation

TEAM player

Background in property management or real estate required

Organized, resourceful, highly motivated self starter 

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Willingness to learn and adapt to changing industry regulations and best practices

Residents of Summit or Wasatch County preferred.  Must be able to work in Park City, Utah, and have reliable transportation.

This is a full time on-site position.  Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 with rotating after hours on-call.  Salary range based on experience and qualifications.
