Objective: The best candidate will enhance the customer experience from the time they enter the store until they have concluded their visit. They will provide support for our sales ambassadors to assure each customer receives a world class experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work as part of our Customer Service and Sales team to provide an exceptional experience.
- Be proficient at Microsoft Office and MacBook and iPhone capabilities.
- Able to manage multiple projects at a time with patience, accurate with great attention to detail.
- Become educated about OCT Jewelry store products and services, able to assist customer until a Sales Advisor becomes available.
- Enjoy interactions with clients and exceeding expectations with every encounter.
- Assist in other duties or events as determined by store management.
